ModBus Modules

DigiZap offers complete stand-alone data acquisition modules which are broadly used in IoT or other industrial applications, such as facility monitoring, environment monitoring, and industrial process control. Our distributed remote monitor and control IO modules are categorized into two families, Ethernet IO (RMC-xxxx-E series) and Full-Duplex RS-485 IO (RMC-xxxx-S series), which are subdivided into Analog IO and Digital IO modules. All of them support Modbus RTU communication protocol. Available Modules:

RMC-C800 - RS232/USB to RS422 ModBus Interface Module
RMC-C800 is ModBus network interface module used to convert host computer RS232 or USB to full-duplex RS485.

RMC-C810 - ModBus TCP to RS422 ModBus Interface Module

Haidar's  RMC-C810 serves as an interface board between ModBus serial devices and computer host running ModBus TCP/IP on an Ethernet network.

Discrete I/O

RMC-D100 - 8 Discrete Inputs / 8 Discrete Outputs ModBus RTU Module

Haidar's  RMC-D100 is 8-ch digital inputs and 8-ch digital outputs ModBus module, built with 5000V optical isolation, suitable for wide rang of industrial applications. Different from other modules, RMC-D100 accepts input voltage up to 24V and sinks/sources up to 60V at 2A per output channel. Full-Duplex RS485 ModBus RTU or ModBus TCP interface. Moreover, user can read the current status of the digital inputs or the digital outputs from the LED indicators on board.

RMC-D110 - 8 Discrete Inputs / 8 Relay Outputs ModBus RTU Module

Haidar's  RMC-D110 is 8-ch digital inputs and 8-ch Relay outputs ModBus module, built with 5000V optical isolation, suitable for wide rang of industrial applications. Different from other modules, RMC-D110 accepts input voltage up to 24V and 8 industrial grade relays. Full-Duplex RS485 ModBus RTU or ModBus TCP interface. Moreover, user can read the current status of the digital inputs or the relay outputs from the LED indicators on board.

Analog I/O

RMC-A200 - 8 Analog Inputs, 4 Analog Outputs and 4 CLT ModBus RTU Module

RMC-A200 is 8-ch 16-bit analog inputs ,4-ch 12-bit analog outputs and 4-ch 12-bit 4-20ma current loop transmitter ModBus module. Different from other modules, RMC-A200 accepts multiple input voltage ranges, ±10V, ±5V, ±2.5, +10V and +5V, output analog output can be set to 5V or 10V, precision and fully protected current output converter designed to transmit analog 4-20mA signals over industry-standard current loop. Full-Duplex RS485 ModBus RTU or ModBus TCP interface.

RMC-T300 - 4 Thermocouple Inputs, 4 Relay and 4 PWM Output ModBus RTU Module

 RMC-T300 is 4-ch thermocouple inputs ,4-ch PWM outputs and 4-ch relay output ModBus module. Different from other modules, RMC-T300 is not only used to monitor a process temperatures but also can be used to control the process temperatures and up to 4 zones or loops. Three types of control modes: P, ON/OFF and Manual, accepts 7 types of thermocouples, 4-ch PWM or general purpose digital outputs and 4 general purpose relays. Moreover, the user can read the status of the termocouples (open, shorts), relays and digital outputs from the on board LEDs. Built-in full-duplex RS485 ModBus RTU or ModBus TCP interface.

RMC-DMx - DIN Rail Mounting kit

RMC-DML and RMC-DMS help you to mount our ModBus modules to any standard 35mm DIN rail. Two sizes are available, 9X4.25" (L) and 4.875X4.25" (S). Each mounting kit includes brushed AL PCB mounting plate, DIN mounting clip, clear acrylic window, 4 stands off and  4 screws.
